Payments & Safety

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship via UPS ground within 5 business days of placement. You will receive an e-mail when your order ships, orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after date of shipment. Please contact us at info@mollymdesigns.com if you have any expedited or special shipping needs.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

We do ship internationally but need to calculate postage first. Please send us an e-mail at info@mollymdesigns.com if interested.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your new Molly M item, but in the event that you are unhappy with it, you may return it within 2 weeks of your order date. We are happy to provide a shipping label but will deduct that amount from your final return. Please contact us at info@mollymdesigns.com before sending an item back and we will provide you with all of the necessary info.  Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you.

A refund request can be submitted within 2 weeks after the purchase is made.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer. We are happy to provide a shipping label, but will deduct that amount from your refund.
